Ovation Pro Script Language
This is a set of two articles I wrote that were originally published in Foundation RISC User magazine in 2006, and are reproduced here with the permission of Richard Hallas.
Separated into two sections, the Primer cover the basics of the Ovation Pro Script Language - aimed at beginners. The second part has some examples of simple script files, then builds into an explanation of writing a full Ovation Pro applet. An example applet is provided, describing how a word from the document can be selected and processed by the script or passed on to other external applications or utilities, providing a useful base on which to build other applets.
